Renting a bike in Châtel

 

There are lots of shops that rent both mountain bikes and road bikes (as well as bikes for the younger members of the family) in Châtel.

 

We recommend the following:

 

• Mountain Ride has an excellent stock of mountain bikes, road bikes, and children's bikes.  Its also handily just a 500m walk from Chalet Isobel, and opposite the bus stop to then take you and your bike up to Pre La Joux.  Its always best to book in advance - you can do so on through their website.  

• Switch 5 is another alternative.  You can book the bikes in advance, and then pick them up in Pre La Joux next to the lifts.
